A Williams Mullen team led by Sandy Graham and Janet Cho represented VPM Media Corporation (formerly known as Commonwealth Public Broadcasting, the owner of PBS TV stations and NPR stations in Virginia) in its acquisition of the assets of Style Weekly magazine in Richmond.
