Williams Mullen represented PeakLogix Inc., a material handling systems integrator, in its sale to Alta Equipment Group Inc. (NYSE: ALTG), an industrial and construction equipment company based in Michigan. Together, the two companies will provide innovative, high technology products and service solutions to customers within the material handling industry.
The deal team was led by Gary LeClair and David Lay with support from Cathy Zhang. The Williams Mullen team was rounded out with counsel from Nona Massengill and Sean Hicks.
