On March 12, 2019, Laura Windsor delivered a presentation titled "When The OFCCP Comes Knocking: A Talent Acquisition and HR Perspective" before the Northern Virginia Society for Human Resource Management. Laura discussed how to prepare for the OFCCP audit process, which can include on-site interviews, the production of documents pertaining to employee demographic and compensation data and extensive investigation into sources and methods of employee recruiting.
