Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Cartwright “Cart” Rixey Reilly has been named to the 2017 class of “Up & Coming Lawyers” by Virginia Lawyers Weekly. The awards program, which is in its second year, recognizes top attorneys within their first 10 years of practice. The honorees will be celebrated at a reception on Oct. 26 at the John Marshall Hotel in Richmond.
Cart began her law career after earning her Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America in 2010. She joined Williams Mullen in June of 2016 as an associate in the Finance & Real Estate Section. She serves as lender’s counsel for financial institutions in a wide variety of financing transactions and also actively represents both sellers and purchasers in nearly every aspect of a commercial real estate transaction, from contract drafting and negotiation through due diligence and closing.
