A partner on our firm’s Corporate and Securities team, Scott serves as a strategic advisor for our clients’ boards of directors and C-Suite executives. He also devotes a significant portion of his practice to counseling our publicly held clients with the reporting, proxy and other disclosure obligations imposed by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
