As a member of our Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice, Allison Carlon advises employers on the legal aspects of employee benefit and executive compensation matters arising under ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code.

Allison is also familiar with federal and state employment and labor laws, specifically pertaining to employment discrimination and legal requirements under the DC Human Rights Act and Title VII. She comes to Williams Mullen from the District of Columbia Office of Human Rights where her work centered on cases of alleged discrimination in the workplace.

Allison received her Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center where she was active with the International Women’s Human Rights Clinic and served as both a student ambassador for the admissions center and as a section representative for the Student Bar Association. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University.
