On Wednesday, October 23, Richmond partners Farhad Aghdami and Greg Bishop joined a panel hosted by SunTrust Bank’s Commercial Relationship Managers and Private Wealth Management Advisors. Farhad shared insights on pre-sale valuation and wealth transfer tax planning and Greg provided commentary on mergers and acquisitions, including valuation, planning and closing and post-closing of a transaction.
